AMAZING! We love your home and are thinking about building this plan here in Harrisonburg, VA! We have a little boy (Philip) about he same age as your little girl and a baby who is just a year (Hazel). We have been searching and searching for the right plan because we have a sloping lot and will have a basement below. All the plans seemed to have the kids bedrooms in the basement and the ones that didn't had these tiny rooms upstairs. This plan just seem so functional and perfect for a young family (could the laundry room be any more convenient?? lol We LOVE how you put a covered deck off the back. I would love to see more pictures of the rooms if you have them! I am so happy I found you! We were pulling our hair out over finding a plan that would work for our family and now there might just be a light at the end of a very long tunnel! I would love to know what your budget is for the house... we are trying to keep things in a certain range but of course like all the high end finishes. lol I just want to even see if we could do it!! Meeting with the builder this week but would love to hear from you if you get this soon! Thanks for posting and blessings to you and your family! Your daughter is adorable!!
